Arm tricep machine (MS-6-07)

Arm (triceps) strength trainer (exercise performed by lifting the weight up with the arms until maximum extension and returning to the starting position by lowering the weight down until the arms are bent).

Purpose: to practise sport for physical social development, to improve motor control skills, to develop physical abilities.
