Arm (biceps) strengthener (exercise performed by lifting the weight up with the arms until the arms are maximally bent and returning to the starting position by lowering the weight down until the arms are straight).

Purpose: to practise sport for physical social development, to improve motor control skills, to develop physical abilities.
